I read every message. Replies can take a few days, especially around updates, but I do answer.

What to write about

• Corrections. If a spec, dimension or model status on a page is wrong, tell me which page and what you found. Corrections are the most useful messages I get.
• Owner reports. If you own a kit covered on the site, I would like to hear how it has held up, good or bad. Owner feedback is a big part of how pages are written. If your report helps a page, I summarize it in my own words and never publish your name or email address without asking.
• Questions. If a page did not answer your question about choosing a kit, ask. Good questions often become new sections.
• Image rights. If you own an image on the site and think it is used incorrectly, email me and I will review it promptly.

What I cannot help with

I cannot process orders, returns or warranty claims. Those go to the retailer you bought from or the kit’s manufacturer.

I also do not accept paid reviews or paid placement. Pages are written from specs, manuals and owner reviews, as the how we choose page explains. You can read more on the about us page and the affiliate disclosure. How emails are handled is covered in the privacy policy.
